Our Policies

Cancellation: $20

No show/ No call- there will fee add to your next appointment.

48 hours cancellation- we require 48 hours notify before the scheduled appointment. (A missed appointment is a loss of income to small business and our groomers.)

Late Arrival : $15

Give us a call if you are 10-20 minutes late. If you are more than 30 minutes late, there will be fee add on. Dropping off late will push back groomer’s schedule with the next client. Drop off late from your appointment time ,your pet’s grooming session will take longer to be done.

Rewashing: $15

Please walk your pet and allow them to go to the bathroom prior to grooming appointment.

Flea: $15+

During grooming process, if groomer find fleas on your pet ,groomer will immediately call to inform you,and will start bathing your pet with flea shampoo. There will additional cost for flea shampoo.

Extra handling : $10+

Dog(s) can be anxious in new environment and new groomer. If your pet show any kind of difficulty that might take extra time or extra assistance to complete the service. The fee will be add on. (The fee can apply on pet(s) who show aggression and senior pet who frequently sit down during grooming , it will cost groomer extra time than usual.)

De-matting : $1/min

Severe matting will require to shave your pet’s hair short. De-matting can be very painful for your pet’s comfort and skin. We do not suggest to de-matting more than 15 minutes. Please brush your pet’s coat regularly at home.

Senior dog / Health conditions

Your pet’s safety and comfort are our priority. Grooming can be stressful for your pet. However, we will not take full responsibility for your pet(s) well-being and any medical conditions arise during grooming process. If groomer feels that grooming will be too stressful for your pet(s), the groomer will be stopped immediately and you will be contacted.

Fee will be charge partially for what we did on your pet.
